FitFul Mercies
Fitful Mercies tells the story of Evelyn, a terminally ill woman who discusses the power of volition with her nurse, who unbeknownst to her, is making a difficult decision of her own. This film premiered at the 2021 Digi60 Filmmaker's Festival, where it won awards for both Best Acting, and Best Film.
Claire and Joseph
A terminally ill man struggles to manage his own care with that of his wife, who suffers from dementia. This short film was produced as part of the 2023 Moonrise Script to Screen Incubator Project, which provides an avenue for unproduced writers to have their short scripts be turned into films. Written by Arlana Gillis, the script was inspired by her parents, whose own story provided the basis for the film.
